Uma leitura dos grandes mestres da epopéia clássica - Virgílio, com a Eneida - e da renascentista - Camões, com Os Lusíadas -, realizando a sondagem dos textos, através de análise comparativa, dando-se ênfase à estrutura de ambas, à visão do Fado e de manifestações relacionadas ao espírito religioso. Far-se-á, também, um breve recorte dos perfis das personagens. Como corpus serão usadas as obras: Eneida, de Virgílio, em tradução de Paulo Rónai, e Os Lusíadas, de Camões, edição organizada por Emanuel Paulo Ramos.

     A study of the great masters of the epic poem, the classical - Virgil and the Aeneid - and the Renaissance - Camoens (Camões), and Os Lusíadas (The Portuguese) -, through the investigation the texts by means of the comparative analysis, emphasizing the structures of both poems, the aspects of the Fado (Fado means destiny), and the demonstrations related to religious feelings. There's also a short vision of the main aspects of the characters. The analyzed books are Virgil's Aeneid, translated to Portuguese by Paulo Rónai, and Camoens's Os Lusíadas, edited by Emanuel Paulo Ramos.
